Dear Customers, welcome to Croatia!
 
Tonight we have a free night, so please feel free to explore the local area. There are a couple of restaurants open in Marina town, as well as Tommy and Studenac supermarkets for provisioning. 
 Tomorrow morning at 9.00, we have our complimentary breakfast at Hila Restaurant. After breakfast, we will have our first morning briefing at 9:45 to inform you about our week and be on hand to answer any questions.

MEETING WITH THE CREW

The official embarkation for your boat is 18:00. As our crews are still engaged with guests from last week and busy getting your boats ready, they will be available to meet with you from 4 pm in the Sunsail lounge, next to C dock. In case your vessel is ready before that time - don't worry, your hostess will inform you of it via the WhatsApp number you left at the reception. 
 

IN THE MEANTIME

 Your holiday already started! Why don't you check out the nearby beach? Feel free to use our complimentary towels, or head into one of the restaurants in the Marina for some lunch or drinks. Visiting Trogir town is also a good idea, it is only a 20-minute ride away!

Payable by Credit Card or Cash. For catamarans and other multi-hulls, the prices of daily berths increase by 80% in the period from the beginning of April to the end of October. Outside this period, prices are increased by 50%. Prices listed on the side are subject to change by the service provider (marina Martinis Marchi).

RESTAURANTS

Have a look at Martinis Marchi restaurant, set inside the old castle, or going up the hill to Šampjer restaurant for a pretty view. There are also some lovely traditional konobas around the harbour by the waters edge. Let us know if you'd like our help with reservations!

Free Sailing options are numerous, so please pay attention to what the crew tells you for suggestions based on the expected weather conditions in your FREE SAILING BRIEFING.
 
It is important to let the crew know what you'd like to do for free sailing if you'd like our help in reserving your berths and restaurants. We can also suggest some good wine tastings, like a little wine bar in Vlaka Bay, Stari Grad UNESCO protected agricultural estate dinner with wine, or a professional winery Tomić in Jelsa town (https://vina-tomic.com/en/ ), or Stina wines in Bol town (https://www.stina-vino.hr/ ). 
 
Choose between anchoring, payable mooring buoys, restaurant-owned mooring buoys, town quays, or marinas: 
 
Note - if there is an R next to the place in the mooring buoys section, it means the restaurants own the mooring buoys there, so you have to eat there, separate payment for buoy only is not possible. We have marked payable mooring buoys with € sign.
 
Town quays are generally NOT RESERVABLE, as well as € Buoys that belong to them. We are happy to contact the harbour master to announce your planned arrival and give you their direct contact for free sailing day, and tell you till when we believe you need to arrive in order to have a spot. We will also recommend a second option for you to anchor close-by shall the need arise. 
 
Marinas usually require bookings in advance. If you know you want to go to one of the marinas for the free-sailing day, your hostess is happy to book it for you, but your reservation is only confirmed if the berth is paid in advance via one of the marina reservation portals:

Make sure to approach Krknjaši (Blue Lagoon) from the south side if you're planning a visit.
 

ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive between 3 and 5pm.
Call VHF 77 once you are past the red channel mark on your port side. We are most likely on B dock - second on the right, and the VHF channel will be very busy.
 

PRIZE GIVING

To celebrate the week, we will have our group meal at Jezevica Restaurant. Transport from reception will be at 6:15pm.

DISEMBARKATION IS AT 9 AM 

Please remember this, as we need to prepare boats for the next charter. 

 

BEFORE DISEMBARKATION

Please ensure that:
 
  • All holding tanks are emptied (before return to base!) and closed
  • All rubbish is removed and put inside the bins next to B dock
  • You leave the linen and towels in the brown bag in saloon
  • Water tanks have been refilled
  • You wash up anything you have used
  • You double checked you have left nothing behind
